Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Notice of Infringement – Claim

1. A signature from the copyright owner or an authorized representative;
2. Identification of the copyrighted material allegedly infringed;
3. Details of the infringing material with enough information for us to locate it;
4. Contact information of the complaining party including name, address, email, phone, and fax number;
5. A statement of good faith belief that the material is being used without authorization;
6. A statement of accuracy and authorization from the complaining party.

Section 17 USC §512(f) imposes penalties for misrepresentation in infringement claims. Takedown notices must be sent via our Contact page, preferably by email.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material has been removed due to a copyright claim, you can send us a counter notification meeting specific requirements outlined in 17 USC Section 512(g)(3) to have it restored.

1. Your signature;
2. Description of removed material and its original location;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury regarding the removal of material;
4. Your name, address, phone number, consent to jurisdiction, and acceptance of service of process.
